I LOVE these shorts! They are so comfortable but sturdy and have a nice thick supportive waistband so honestly they act a bit like shapewear. After trying these on I immediately went online to order more pairs in more colors. They stay in place and hold you in and have good pocket depth, can't rave enough
I love these shorts. I wish they made the workout pants with this band and with the pocket on the side like the shorts have. The band snatches your waist perfect without making it look like it is working hard to do it. For reference, I'm 173 lbs, 5'8", and got an XL (10-12).
